Idaho’s statewide Odyssey implementation had fallen behind schedule, putting pressure on both the courts and leadership to deliver value. When I stepped in, I worked closely with the core project delivery team to replan the implementation using a proven phased rollout model and applying it to Idaho's 44 counties. By tightening scope, clarifying roles, and implementing a proven phased rollout strategy, we restored confidence statewide and delivered a smooth, coordinated transition.

Oregon set out to replace its 30-year-old OJIN system with the a modern case management across all 36 counties. This massive transformation required data accuracy, staff confidence, and tight coordination between local courts, IT, stakeholders, and vendor. I helped lead the statewide rollout with a focus on navigating data conversion hurdles, aligning dozens of stakeholder groups, and keeping the implementation on track despite an aggressive timeline and millions of legacy records to clean and migrate.
